#42 Paths in model files, #768

Embedded files (in models files) should work if there are full paths in them, and they don't. If I put the full path to the lightingDemand.glt file in the res_integrated_test model, it fails.

This may be related to the problem where #include \gridlabd-{USER}.conf\ doesn't work

'include gridlabd-{USER}.conf' ended up being a bug in the ifexists macro, which has since been fixed.
