Inconsistent of mapping between MACs and RSSs values among different spids in one cluster. #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. offline cluster and db uploading
2. bang
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Different spids should have different index orders for RSSs reorganization
for 'cfps' db table. all RSSs of all spids remain same order as originally
stored in rmp file.
