not able to scroll the list using wheel/trackpad, even when the scrollbar is visible #73

I am using the plugin in my page. dont kow why I am not able to scroll the list using the mouse wheel or trackpad. Have to explicitly click and scroll through the scroll bar. Other elements on the form are being scrolled normally. Anybody else faced this issue?
