That's just because the project is stable and feature complete. There have been changes since, to test on the latest version of PHP, which is always a sign to check for and indicates a project is still healthy.
@michealzh it's pretty much what @GrahamCampbell said. However, we're organising a version 2.0.0 (no roadmap yet).
Will close this one and, once we have a better idea of a road map, I'll link it here :+1:
According to the release record,the latest relase tag at 14 Feb 2018 and now it is 2020.
