Update Smack API to latest version

Hi,

could you please update the bundled Smack API to the latest version 3.2.2 
available from http://www.igniterealtime.org/projects/smack/ ?

I nearly smashed my head on the table trying to get openHAB connecting to my 
local private ejabberd server. I got all kinds of error ranging from 
'NullPointerExceptions' to simple 'no response from server' messages until I 
updated the bundled Smack API with the latest version.

After the update it simply works with no hassles.
