Support transformers 0.6 #4

Thanks to https://github.com/nikita-volkov/stm-containers/issues/30, there's a version of stm-containers which supports transformers 0.6. However, given the dependency on stm-hamt, which doesn't support transformers 0.6 (yet), things don't really work out.
