Just... A PC version of this. Sure, my phone can handle it, but I prefer playing games on PC.

You can use it with any android platform emulator. In addition, some PC OS have built-in support or extensions for integrating Android applications. Making J2ME Loader cross-platform is a very difficult task, tantamount to developing from scratch, it is easier to improve existing emulators.

I don't like the majority of android emulators due to some shady business, my PC has no support for the official Google Play emulator, there's no built-in support nor extension for Windows 10 (that I know of) for integrating Android applications, and the more well known J2ME emulators for PC are far from stable with a lot of unsupported games and requires absurd fine tuning to run, along with being prone to crashing.
