accordion layout – title bars always on top

Hi, I can not find anything about my problem, but I would love If I could have the title bar of an accordion array of windows always on top. As soon as I switch to another window it gets to the foreground and if it the one with the "highest" position, it will hide the other title bars – gets stacked "the wrong way":

I kind of agree with this. There really isn't a point to distinguish between which window is next/bottom/right or previous/top/left. Most people, if they forgot the order of the windows, will be cycling through them anyway. So having the titlebars always at top seems more desirable as there's really no downside and improves QoL.
