Allow configuring according-padding as a percentage of screen size? #599

I have my accordion padding set to 400, which works to my liking on a 32" monitor. However, if I'm out and I'm using my Mac with only its built in display, this padding is too much. I find myself having to temporarily edit my config to adjust this setting until I'm back to having my big monitor. Is there a feature I'm missing?

I don't mind to have percentages for accordion paddings. I won't be working on it. PRs are welcome
