No graphics when loading channels anymore #110

Hello,

i have a 2012 Samsung UE46ES7000 and have been running twitch for years now. Currently running version 3.6 . Problem: I don't see the graphics in the channels anymore and its hard to see what channel is its. I did remove the twitch app and reinstalled it with the app SammyWidgets_v1.1 on my pc acting as a webserver for Samsung apps. Installing works fine and i can start up the app but no images. If i select a stream the stream also starts and i can watch it. But most of the time its hard to find the right stream this way.

Can anyone fix this?

It happens to me once in a while... I just reopen the app and it works fine... I don't know why...

Also if you wait for a long time it fix the UI but some images are broken... I think it has some issues when download big sized images or the server is very slow and in the mean time the UI is broken...

Just adding more information... I don't know if it is the same problem...

Restarting the app does not help anymore Does it still run fine on your tv and what kind of model do you have and twitch version do you use?

It is working fine for me... I have an H6300, updated the app to 3.7 yesterday and it is working.

I just updated to 3.7 but unfortunately still have the same problem. I have an E serie (UE46ES7000 ) maybe something is different here.

Anyone else with an E serie? Does it work for you?

Same here. I have an E series too (UE46ES6990) with latest firmware. In the Twitch home screen, I only see multiple overlays of text. Restarting the app does not fix the error.

Ok good to know. Our firmware from the tv also the latest 002022. I did reinstall the smarthub and after that twitch again but problem stays. Now we know for sure that is not a local problem. I expect that the problem is that the image links are not loading in our E series. I really hope that some can solve this problem. I so hard to find the right stream now.

Is here anyone why can fix this? It only seems to happen on the E series. Please Please Please ;)

I willing to pay a small amount like 10$ for a fix.

As test today i installed 3.5 again. In this old version the graphics are also not loaded when in the past with this version it went all fine. So my conclusion is that on the twitch end something has changes and my model tv is not liking this.
