Telegram wanna block and ban us

Hello Telegraher team,

This is Telegram Support. Unfortunately, Telegraher is not complying with the Telegram API Terms of Service (https://core.telegram.org/api/terms) regarding the precepts detailed below:

1.3. As a client developer, you must make sure that all the basic features of the main Telegram apps function correctly and in an expected way both in your app and when users of your app communicate with other Telegram users. It is forbidden to force users of other Telegram clients to download your app in order to view certain messages and content sent using your app.

1.4. It is forbidden to interfere with the basic functionality of Telegram. This includes but is not limited to: making actions on behalf of the user without the user's knowledge and consent, preventing self-destructing content from disappearing, preventing last seen and online statuses from being displayed correctly, tampering with the 'read' statuses of messages (e.g. implementing a 'ghost mode'), preventing typing statuses from being sent/displayed, etc.

Please apply the respective changes to your app before April 1, 2022.

Well folks. There are 2 TOS:

• USER https://telegram.org/tos
• API/DEV https://core.telegram.org/api/terms

USER TOS is very simple, you can check it and you will see that there are no mentions about which fork to use. Just be a user (like i am). Just don't be a dick 📷Next is API or DEV tos. The tos is about how your app should work. Here (i told it looong time ago) i break it least 3 times, but they are font only 2, well thats nice 📷The sactions:

• USER TOS - nothing as i see (or you see). There are no reason to ban you nor me.
• API TOS - "discontinue your access to Telegram API and contact the app stores about the removal of your apps that are using the Telegram API in violation of these terms". Shortly: i will have NO possibility to create THE API KEYS for my dev purposes and i they (TG i.e. Durov) will contact the app stores (we don't have it), so ask app removal.

Decision:

• I will continue develop this fork. If this channel will be banned you can always find me on github/gitlab, twitter & reddit (same nickname) and this swiss server,and on 4pda (this is russian part mostly).
• Normally they can't ban my account (cause i break nothing from USER TOS) this will be illegal and against THE USER TOS (i'm a USER with my actual u/nikitasius account)
• If this CHANNEL or CHAT banned i WILL NOT create a new one (cause it's easy to find/report/ban it again), we will just move our discussions elsewhere
• if my ACCOUNT is banned (this isn't legal btw), well i will create a newone with another number and another device i'd like to tell them. it will be waste of time but yep.
• But i will CONTINUE DEVELOP THIS FORK and i WILL NOT CHANGE it NOR REMOVE

They can change the tos to whatever they like so I would complete ignore them. I would also do not mind about users getting banned since Telegraher uses official android client API tokens.
