Implement weekly personalized movie recommendations via email opt-in on the registration page.

Email recommendation support has been added, allowing users to receive personalized weekly movie recommendations. An email input field on the registration page now prompts users to opt-in, and their preferences are stored in the database to enable tailored recommendations, enhancing engagement with weekly suggestions delivered directly to their inbox.
