[REQUEST]: Faction filter for alts #54

Describe what you want to be implemented?

A filter for when you set a goal to include alt's inventories and banks, make it so you can filter out those not in your faction.

Explain why you want this feature implemented.

I have alts that aren't in my faction and it would be pointless to list their items in my goals.

Describe any alternatives you've considered.

Can't think of any alternatives short of hacking the addon, in which my skills are limited :smile

Please provide screenshots or relevant context to support your request.

Completed in version 3.9.0.
