Problem in using jquery datepicker control in widget #222

Hi Team,
I am using dropthings api and i want to use jquery datepicker control in my 
widget. Here i have added references of js file for jquery and script code for 
jquery. But jquery datepicker is not working in my widget. Here i am getting 
below javascript error.

inst is null
[Break On This Error] (function ($) { $.extend($.ui, { datep...window.DP_jQuery 
= $ })(jQuery); ; /* 

Please provide me some solution for it.
