As a user, I should be able to scan a QR code with my phone to seamlessly log in on another device, in order to save time and not have to remember a login and password.
Acceptance criteria: Scanner recognizes QR Code, and verifies that the user wishes to log in on another device, then that device should automatically log in and navigate to the dashboard.
