Describe the Bug

Card task list hides completed items.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a work item list
  2. Complete some items
  3. See that items vanish from task list

Expected Behavior

Items remain in task list (5/8 complete) despite being closed.

Environment

Cannot reproduce.
