Converting PR back to draft is not picked up by board #86

Describe the Bug

When a pull request is converted back to a draft (recent GitHub feature) this change is not recognized by the board.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. bring PR in needs review state
  2. convert back to draft
  3. PR stays where it is, no change in UI
