Building plugin version 1.0.1 in docker-make fails #28

Hi,

I cannot build the current version using the provided dockerfile and the docker-make script. Here's the output I'm getting:

This is a npm error. As stated in the logs. Therefor please update node and npm.

Sorry, I should have been more clear about this: I wanted to report a bug in the Dockerfile for building. I did test again just now and when rebuilding the container I can compile now. Looks like there were just some broken npm packages in the base image.
