Add Elixir example #14

I tried to implement an example for Elixir similar to the other implementations. But due to problems with the current Dockerfile i didn't update the Results section or the speed-comparison plot. @niklas-heer

Thank you for your contribution @PatrickTheDev. Yes, I think it would need a rewrite of how the execution of the programs works. Maybe Earthfile could be utilized. 🤔 Nonetheless, I appreciate your contribution!
