Hello, thanks for your work. Here is my first contribution.

Adds src/cs/obj/Debug to gitignore as we anyways do not care about this folder.
Adds c-clang and cpp-clang which are basically copy and paste from c and cpp with notable differences being addition of clang and lld packages and -fuse-ld=lld
