Windows Support #26

Hey ! How can i make a version for Windows ? I have to use dryscrape and webkit_server doesn't work on Windows :(

Windows support is not something I am planning to provide since I am not using Windows myself. I know however that others have managed to compile webkit_server using both MinGW and cygwin. The new Ubuntu subsystem in Windows 10 should make this even easier
