Merge changes from autodetect branch back into master #48

I have run with the autodetect algorithm for a while and it seems to work fine.

The software should work (and have been tested to work) with older HDL versions. If an older HDL version is used, the driver falls back to the previous heuristic approach for determining which memory ranges are A314 memory.

This fixes #33.
