Merge support for A314-cp and A314-1000 #87

For some time there has been separate branches with support for new A314 hardware variants, A314-cp and A314-1000.
This PR merges the different variations of the software into one, which should make things simpler to maintain.
Going forward, ideally new features are developed in feature branches and then soon after are merged into the main branch.
