New configuration settings #122

This pull request should solve issue #109. It adds two new configuration items: Enable and "Warn on sending unencrypted". It also moves openpgp to its own configuration section.

Attaching the pubkey does not work for me. Is the method implemented yet?

@laclaro Yes. If you are at the main mail screen, click "More->Key Manager". It works for me, but it is possible you need a translation for that?

This is a great work. Congratulation it's very helpful for me. i think it's necessary to push this modifications on the main branch !!!
