Add version key to manifest.json #1

Hi,

please add a version key to the manifest. json in order to keep this integration working after Home Assistant 2021.6. Error message shown in the HA logs:

ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.loader] No 'version' key in the manifest file for custom integration 'covid19_vaccinations_germany'. As of Home Assistant 2021.6, this integration will no longer be loaded. Please report this to the maintainer of 'covid19_vaccinations_germany'
