[docs] add demo svg animation #9

Hey @pavanjadhaw! I like the idea of having an animation of devstats in the README but looking at the new one with the SVG animation always causes the entire page to lag in Chrome which isn't acceptable.

I've experimented around with using a GIF instead but I wasn't able to record one that looked decent. Maybe I'll have another shot at it when I have the time but currently, it's not a priority for me. I'm just a little picky with these kinds of things. I hope you understand that.

Yeah I understand, but hey there's svg so hope you can convert it to gif that will be decent looking and wont cause lag on chrome. :)
