As a User I want to I want to have a profile page so that I can see my profile and my uploads

Description

​ the option to see liked pictures is coming in further user stories

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] The Profile Image is displayed
• [x] The User Name is displayed
• [x] The User Description is displayed
• [x] A counter of uploads is displayed
• [x] The year of registration is displayed
• [x] a list of all user uploads is displayed
• [x] The User Information is hard coded for now ​

Tasks

• [x] add a profile.js to the pages folder
• [x] create a component that renders the profile information from above
• [x] create a component that renders the user uploads
• [x] every user upload should be linked to its details page
• [x] add both components to the profile.js ​
