Simplify the build process and compress with Uglifyjs #9

-Add a rakefile build script -Rakefile minifies using Uglifyjs -Updated the Readme with build instructions and license information

I don't have ant installed on my machine but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a web developer without ruby at least installed. This makes the build process simple and easy so more people can help hack on this cool project!
