proxy downloads the same image several times, when there are multiple occurrences #1215

When my container has same image with multiple occurrences and refers to a cross domain image, proxy enabled html2canvas call downloads the same image for n occurrences. When number of occurrences are high it takes large time in rendering the DOM.

Should have that fixed in 1.0.0
