A feature that I hope you eventually implement is the ability to choose whether you want the classes to be saved as .py modules or one single .py file. Thank you.

It seems that what you need is to check if you are writing a UML Class diagram or Module diagram It depends on what you need. I recommend you to check the following docs. https://docs.staruml.io/working-with-uml-diagrams/class-diagram
