Backend implementation for registration. #6

Tasks

[x] Receive user information from form.
[x] Send to backend to confirm user exists in database.
[x] If user exists, throw an error back to the user.
[x] If user doesn't exist, attempt to register user.
[x] If credentials are invalid, throw an error back to the user.
[x] If credentials are valid, hash password and store information in database.
[x] Redirect user to login page.

Work for this was done prior to creating issues, below are the commits relevant:
