Create download button for file uploads #17

Right now it is only possible to export the excel master sheet and the observation images. All the custom uploaded files should be downloadeable and packed in a flat structure with observation id's as names. I.e:

/14.1.pdf /14.2.mkv /15.1.ttf /15.2.docx /15.3.docx
