Use 'width' and 'height' instead of 'padding' in image editor #18

This refactor is based on user feedback. And makes sense :-)

More people are now talking about drawing the box first like the box mode. The drawn box is now the minimum width and height (it can expand if you're writing more - just like now). This would remove the need for height/width/padding input fields
