Image editor: More possible effects #23

It would be really great to have a "blur" or "pixelate" effect in the image editor as well as the option to make speech bubbles :)

Aha! Nice ideas! Thank you! The image editor is built from scratch. So there's a lot of vector math involved, and it is not exactly easy or quick to create the features you request :smile: It could however be a really nice challenge if any developer is feeling it. When i can, i will prioritize features like this.
