Navigation bar (dependent on #50)

Implement navigation bar according to design: https://www.figma.com/file/WmfywYLvm33WzfLGYpNSff/Nikola-Bojkovic-Portfolio-website-design?node-id=56%3A168

• Drop down menu opens from navigation-bar.
• Active link should be red (see exact color in figma)
• when hover over the link, link changes color to white
• default color for link in nav bar is grey
• click on some links will open new page and click on some other links will scroll down to related section - see figma for details

During testing phase next defects have been detected:

• Theme drop down does not work - does not switch themes (Laptop screen)
• Theme drop down is not formatter property (Laptop screen)
• Theme icons are not gray color like in design (Tablet/Mobile screen)
• Theme drop down is not visible - is crossing the edge of the screen (Laptop screen)
• Social network section - mini cards with icons are missing from navigation bar (Tablet/Mobile screen)
• Banner text should be bellow image for resolution Tablet screen (max-width: 768px), take a look at figma tablet screen for reference. Mobile screen is fine.
• Auto margin should start for resolution bigger then 1440px (Large Laptop screen) instead of 1500px (Laptop screen)
• Logo should be aligned with the banner text, see figma for reference (I have changed figma, it was not aligned before) (Laptop/Tablet/Mobile screen)
