Removing a subscriber's subscription #59

Hiya,

When I delete a subscription line from a subscriber's account (I was trying to do this for Katharina Arnold), then press 'update' it attempts to load the page then says the page doesn't exist: http://leeds-bread-coop.herokuapp.com/admin/subscribers/160/subscriptions/update_all
