It would be really useful for admin to be able to overide holiday/production deadlines, eg. a subscriber rings and asks for an extra loaf the day before delivery as they have one outstanding from a previous holiday. We know we've got a spare loaf because of the buffer and need to be able to add it on to the subscribers order ready for delivery the next day but currently can't as comes up saying it's too close to production date.
