TermGen: bidirectional terminators #9

Overlapping terminators between converging frames should be annotated as a single terminator without assigning gene names and locus tags (since they belong to two transcription units). TransTerm scores should, however, be retained (in the note) for both strands.

Well, having thought about it a bit more, this might not be such a good idea...
