SKOS View tab does not appear in Protege 4.1 #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy the SKOSEd-2.0-alpha(build 38) JAR file to the Protege 4.1 plugin
folder.
2. Start Protege - the plugin is registered OK on startup.
3. Open/create ontology

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot see the "SKOS View" tab. The "SKOSEd" dropdown menu is there, however.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- SKOSEd-2.0-alpha(build 38)
- Protege 4.1.0 Build 239
- JVM 1.6.0_20-b02
- Windows7 (6.1) 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Have you used previous versions of SKOSEd on your machine? There is a bug where
stored system preferences form older version break the new version. I need to
find a windows 7 machine to investigate this..

Could you do one thing for me? Start protege, but don't load any file. Create a
new Tab in Protege (Window > Create new tab), then try and add SKOS views
manually to that tab (e.g add from. Window > Views > SKOSEd views > Asserted
Concept Hierarchy). Let me know if this works.
