Make auto-translation into stored language optional #5

Please provide details of your request for new functionality, or any other
suggestions for improvement:

Currently, every time a user visits a page after they have selected a
language, each page will be translated into that language. A feature could
be added to make this capability optional. 

Whilst it is already possible to achieve this by commenting out a single
line of code, making this an officially supported feature could make life
easier...

This feature is probably overkill, given that only a very small change needs to 
be made to the existing script to achieve the same effect.

For any users wishing to make this change, comment out the line that reads

getLangCookie();

by adding two forward slashes (i.e. //) at the start of the line. In the 
current version of the script (0.2.5), this can be found on line 67. This 
change will also need to be repeated manually by users upgrading to any future 
versions of the script (and note that line numbers may also change).
