fixed Hyperfine splitting (missing factor 2) and typo in documentation #130

The equation for the Hyperfine splitting in breitRabi() was missing a factor 2. The description of the function had two typos (using '+' instead of '-')

Thank you very much for submitting this bug fix PR! New PyPI ARC version that includes this fix is released as v3.2.8.
