Refactor the handling of KEYINV by moving it from isola15.f90 to parameters.f90. Update mt.iso in isola.py based on the best available data from inv1.dat instead of relying on a hardcoded value of 0 that assumes deviatoric solution by default. The default KEYINV value is set to 2 for Deviatoric.
