Spechud not showing all players #114

Just spectated a game of Confogl-2.2.2-RC on my server, and the spechud didn't 
show all the players, on the first round of a map it always displayed none or 
only some of the survivors, on the second round it displayed all survivors.

And it almost never displayed any infected.

It seems to be a problem with the display.  Any name starting with an opening 
square bracket '[' will cause the display to not show anything past that.  We 
have a fix set up for RC2, but for now the only work around is get players to 
put a character before the '[' in their name.  If you notice it break and no 
one's name starts with an opening square bracket, send us a screenshot and a 
list of their names so we can find any other characters that break it.
