Limit hunting rifle amongst survivors #38

I've gotten it to just remove the HR so far, and I'm trying to use weapon_drop 
to track 
what they just dropped (with a check to make sure its the same person that 
dropped it) 
then use EquipPlayerWeapon.  Now it successfully gives them both the weapon 
they just 
dropped, but all ammo except the remaining ammo in there clip is removed.  Any 
suggestions for this Mr Zero?
