problem bonus health #88

the problem is this: bonus scoring does not work on version 2.2.0 and 2.2.0 ETC 
... how can I fix it? sorry for bad english

I don't use 2.2.0 so I am not certain of this but try overwriting 
addons/sourcemod/gamedata/left4downtown.l4d2.txt with this:
http://left4downtown2.googlecode.com/hg/gamedata/left4downtown.l4d2.txt

That is the correct fix.  In this instance Confogl is working as intended but 
the Left4Downtown2 signature needed to be updated.
