Vomit jars breaking scavenge finales #92

Delaying tanks indefinitely by continuously spawning CI before a wave finishes.

This patch should remove vomit jars from both scavenge finales... Will test 
when I get home from school.

I want to try to use the Item Limiting per-map settings for this... Much 
simpler.

Tested, seems to work. Logs show some being killed on one run through with 
mapinfo.txt limiting to 0, confogl_vomitjar_limit 2.
