Eclipse plugin is not using last 1.3.5 version #444

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In eclipse go to Install new software..
2. use update site http://js-test-driver.googlecode.com/svn/update/ (as per 
https://code.google.com/p/js-test-driver/wiki/UsingTheEclipsePlugin)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to find JS Test Driver 1.3.5.
Instead we have versions 1.3.3.a (under Javascript Testing and Uncategorized) 
and 1.3.4.e (under JS Test Driver Plugin for Eclipse)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using Eclipse 4.3.0 on Windows 7 SP1
