Invalid or unsupported Cync configuration #111

I have 20+ GE Cync device (mostly Switches and some outlets). FWIW, note : no lights.

I get the following error when trying to add the Cync integration. I enter my username and password, then I get an email with a verification code. Each time I enter the verification code, I get the following error:

"Invalid or unsupported Cync configuration, please ensure there is at least one WiFi connected Cync device in your Home(s)"

I saw post #72, and tried resetting password but it did not help. I am able to login with username, password, and verification code on the ge cync website, but it continues to fail in HA.

What am I doing wrong?

Same issue here - I have 3 wifi connected downlights on my account and I get the same message - "Invalid or unsupported Cync configuration, please ensure there is at least one WiFi connected Cync device in your Home(s)"
