2 Factor Authentication #16

I cannot seem to login as it asks for login credentials but does not trigger the emailed 2FA. What is the workaround?

I assume you're using the same email address that you use to log in to the Cync app, right? I don't know why it doesn't work for you. Have you checked your junk mail?

Try creating a new Cync account with a different email address to test it out.

I got it to login. I had to go to a completely different device and browser. The first one would not accept the password to move on to the 2FA screen. Or I put my password in wrong 10 times. Which is possible!
