1 year ago I think your devices may be out of sync with the Cync server. Please have a look at this thread and see if the sequence of steps works for your.

1 year ago So I was able to fix it but not using the steps on the article you linked to. What I ended up doing was reauthorize the account in HA using the configure button in the integration. That was all

Not sure what happened as I have not changed anything and only updated the integration when notified, but this no longer works. I turn on the light and a second later the slider goes back to off on its own and the light never turns on.
